The Solution


We first audited their ad account and in that process discovered Tracking Issues, which was causing poor ad optimization. We immediately advised that regardless of who they proceed with, they should have tracking set up properly.

Further in the audit we found Poor Ad Creative, so the creative failed to resonate with their target audience, leading to low click through rates and conversions and there was definitely an opportunity to test better ads for a higher ROAS.

Additionally, a flawed customer journey was causing sales to slip away so we wanted to add email marketing and retargeting so they could get more sales. When we began working together, we created a plan for paid ads and email marketing so that they could get sales without losing money.
